What if I need more support?

You can opt in at $40 per additional hour, or, save money by upgrading your monthly support package to our Premium package at $297/month, which includes up to 8 hours of support and up to 3 Q&A questions per month

How will you respond to my Q&A questions?

We'll respond in whatever format we feel best communicates what you need. If you need onr of our personalized video demo walkthroughs, we'll prepare it.

If I submit questions for the "What's Next" program, how will I see the answers?

Our "What's Next" program will be opening in September 2023, giving you access to a library of prepared tutorials on all the features and considerations you can bring to your business through your website. Content will be based on our clients' questions and strategies over the years, so you'll bring a wealth of accessible, affordable new ideas and strategies to your business.

If my server goes down, whom should I contact first?

You should contact your hosting company, as most hosting companies offer 24/7 chat-based support and will be able to restore your server, bundled into the price of your monthly hosting service. If you reach out to The Nomads Way, all we will be able to do is contact your hosting company on your behalf, so please ensure you've provided us the login to your hosting company. The one exception is if your website is hosted with AWS, in which case the fastest way to reset your server is by following this quick 3-minute video tutorial linked here.


Terms: Member agrees to give a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation to make cancellation effective and to stop Electronic Funds Transfer of owed fees for the next month. With last month’s dues paid, membership is valid through the end of the next month following cancellation notice. Member acknowledges that he/she is liable and agrees to pay all fees and charges paid or accruing during the thirty-one (31) days prior to the next billing date. Written notice must be delivered by email to support@thenomadsway.net. Oral cancellation is not valid. There are no refunds given on services, last month’s dues, or annual maintenance fees.
